Ignite Nutrition Package - Initial
Description
This package is ideal for you and will help ignite your nutrition goals with the guidance of a nutrition expert. This package is designed for you if you are wanting to lose weight and improve your muscle mass. You will receive a baseline body composition analysis with the InBody 570 Body Composition Analyzer. The information gained from this tool, along with your current eating habits and nutrition and health goals will help determine clarity on the right nutrition plan for you. Throughout the sessions, you will receive macronutrient plan, nutrient timing plan and meal ideas while gaining coaching and accountability to help guide you toward your goals.
Body Composition Analysis will be completed at the initial session and at the last follow-up session

Ignite Wellness Nutrition Consult
Description
This appointment is perfect for those who want to focus on nutrition and health for various reasons. This session can be used to establish an eating plan and nutrition suggestions to improve certain health conditions such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure, elevated blood sugar, overweight, gluten intolerance, and other health concerns. You will discover how to improve your overall eating habits and determine foods that fit into your eating plan to reach your health goals.

Description
Once you have completed the Initial Consult Package, additional sessions may be purchased for nutrition expert coaching and counseling sessions to continue to focus on your health and nutrition goals.

Know Your Numbers
Description
Know Your Numbers- the Inbody 570 is a non-invasive body composition analysis tool that provides a more detailed breakdown of your weight and shows you what your body is made of in pounds of fat, muscle and water.
Package Options:
Inbody Scan and results explanation - $30
Scan and Get a Plan - $75 includes a scan to know your numbers and receive a detailed, personalized nutritional plan, including macronutrients to help you meet your nutrition goals.
Ignite Nutrition Package- includes initial 60 minute consult and scan and 2 follow up appointments. Total of 3 scans and 120 minutes of coaching. You will receive a detailed nutritional macronutrient plan, along with coaching and accountability to help you achieve your nutrition goals. BEST DEAL!
